Life & Organizational Values and Education
The organizational & behavioral evaluators have been teaching/instructing for a combined total of 40 years. Classes were developed and being taught in over 30 organizations not including the multiple organizations within an organization such as schools within school districts. Instructor’s certifications include Moral Reconation Therapy, relationship skill building from Prepare/Enrich, Motivational Interviewing, Restorative Discipline, Prevention Management of Aggressive Behavior, Mental Health First Aid Training, Training for abused and Neglected Children from Texas Christian University-Trust Based Relational Intervention, and Suicide Awareness and Prevention from the Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST). Leadership education is from the United States Military Academy at West Point and business expertise from 18 years as a Vice President of now a billion dollar corporation. Life Skill education consisted over 1200 classes between the both of them, major conferences for CPS, CARE, medical staff training conferences and businesses as well as to PhD professionals in government and Federal organizations. Additionally, 2ove1, LLC conducts business organizational health assessments to increase efficiencies and maximize business effectiveness. Specifically, classes for coaching of employees, team-building, conflict resolution, leadership development, and strategic communications are foundational and consistent classes instructed and developed by 2ove1, LLC. 2ove1, LLC Overview Highlights are:
Dr. Harré with his wife, Angela, founded a life skills/organizational behavioral evaluator and practitioner outreach business, 2ove1, LLC, which supports over 30 organizations with over 75 topics. Topics range from leadership, strategic planning, organizational health assessments, relationship strengthening, anger/stress/financial management and suicide prevention/intervention for business professionals, schools and organizations. 2ove1, LLC was recognized a 2021 & 2019 El Paso small business of the year for a Social Services organization
Dr. Chuck Harré was past Vice President of CAS Group, KBR-Wyle Corporation (over $3 billion in revenue) located in El Paso, Texas. He led a technically based team throughout the U.S. and several overseas locations.
His education includes a PhD, Electrical Engineering, MS, Electrical Engineering, MA, Business, and BS, General Engineering (Aerospace Engineering) from the United States Military Academy at West Point.. Dr. Harré is the Past Chairman of the Board for the Greater El Paso Chamber of Commerce and served as Chairman of the Armed Forces Division, Business Development Division and Finance Chair. He was also Past-President of the West Point Society for the El Paso Area and served on the Southwest Character Council, as Vice President of the El Paso Teen Challenge Board and Vice President for the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) board and an ordained minister. Dr. Harré is Past Chairman of a Regional Military Committee for El Paso/FT Bliss, Las Cruces, NM/White Sands Missile Range and Alamogordo, NM/Hollman Air Force Base.
Dr. Harre serves as Chairman of the Board for Goodwill Industries El Paso. Served as the treasurer on a church board, and assisted in starting two churches. He was awarded the Veteran Owner Small Business Champion by the Small Business Administration.
Angela Harré (har-ray) is a native El Pasoan, who founded a behavioral and counseling center, 2love1, LLC. This counseling center provides a unique service for individuals of all ages as well as business and organizational leadership and counseling. 2love1, is contracted with 5 different courts throughout Texas helping one court rank 1st in the nation and decreasing recidivism to less than 5%!
Angela was born and raised in El Paso but was in foster care due to a home life of dysfunction and abuse.
As a troubled teen she ran away from the foster care system into a life of chaos causing her to search for herself. Her journey led her to serving in a local church ministry, which turned into church leadership roles as a young adult and today is an ordained minister. This had opened her eyes to what would birth her desire and calling. She helped organize and grow a private school, specifically in fundraising.
During that time, she also became an entrepreneur, helping women by empowering them, leading them to independence where she was given various awards and recognition for leading 100 different women throughout her eight-year journey in that one business.
Angela’s experience and knowledge of being in the foster care system brought her to her deep desire to help troubled youth and their parents, which has become today one of the reasons her heart beats!
Her training and certification and experience in addition to Founder of 2love1 is a, Behavioral Evaluator and practitioner, Certified Marital Instructor, Moral Reconation Therapist.
She also has served on local Boards, as treasurer Fundraising- chair, and is currently serving on the Board of Goodwill (to provide employment to those with employment barriers) as a committee chair.
Her business, 2love1, LLC, provides empowerment and guidance, direction, and counseling to include family, marriages individuals not only on a personal level but as well a professional level. Her staff and team include licensed professional counselors, master social workers, qualified mental health professionals, licensed chemical dependency counselors, rehabilitative counseling, organizational health skills, life coaching, leadership training, paraprofessional services, parent educators and more.
Her greatest title besides wife, and mother is servant to the community wherever that may be!
