Cancellation Policy

At 2Love1 Counseling Services, we value your time and ours. To ensure that we can provide the best care to all our clients, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee of $25.

• No-shows will also be charged/assessed $25. 

• Emergencies will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Appointments are confirmed via text, email, or call. Once confirmed, the cancellation policy becomes binding, including agreements made by text.
